Kreova is a studio based in Tangier, reachable at contact@kreova.net. This page explains, in plain words, what data this site collects, why, where it goes and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
This site requires no account and loads no advertising tracking scripts. The only measurement is cookieless traffic statistics, described below.
Quote form (/quote): the answers you type to scope your project, namely whether you have an existing site, your timeline, branding needs, project types, industry, selected options, company size, target market, priority flag, then your contact details: name, company, email, WhatsApp, free-text context, call preference and language.
Direct contact: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send (your address or number, and your message).
Free SEO tool: the URL you enter is sent from your browser to the public Google PageSpeed Insights API, which analyzes the page like any visitor would. No private access to your site, no passwords. We do not store the URLs you check.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To follow up on the project if you become a client.
- Nothing else: no selling of data, no targeted advertising, no unsolicited newsletter.
Data processing and storage
Quote requests submitted through the form are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union. Writing is walled off: a visitor can only submit a request, never read anyone else’s. Reading is restricted to an authenticated studio session.
If the database is unavailable, the form instead prepares an email or a WhatsApp message that you send yourself: in that case, the site stores nothing.
The site itself is a static site served by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel processes technical logs (IP address, requested pages) needed to serve and protect the site.
Traffic measurement
We measure site traffic with Vercel Analytics, a cookieless tool. It counts page views along with a few aggregated technical details (country, device type, browser), with no individual identifier, no cookies and no cross-site tracking. These anonymous statistics only help us understand which pages are visited.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the commercial follow-up, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by writing to contact@kreova.net.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.
For clients established in the European Union, we apply GDPR principles to the data we process for them.
To exercise a right, write to contact@kreova.net. We reply within a reasonable time.
Third-party services
- Vercel: site hosting and cookieless traffic measurement (Vercel Analytics).
- Supabase: storage of quote requests (database hosted in the European Union).
- Google PageSpeed Insights: public analysis of the URL you enter in the SEO tool.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta’s terms apply to that channel.
