These terms describe the default framework of a project with Kreova. Each project is governed first by its written quote: where they differ, the quote prevails.
Project scope
Every project is defined by a written quote: deliverables, scope and a written timeline before work starts. What is not in the quote is not in the project; any extension goes through an amendment or a new quote.
Start of work
Work starts after two things: your written approval of the quote and payment of the deposit defined in it. No production begins before that.
Review before launch
Before anything goes live, you receive a working version (staging environment) for review. Your feedback is integrated within the agreed scope, then you approve the launch.
Client-provided content
You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you provide us (text, images, logos, trademarks, data). Kreova cannot be held responsible for content supplied without authorization.
Delivery and handoff
Delivery and access transfer follow the rules described on the Ownership & handoff page. The client owns the final approved content and the assets listed in the quote.
Support and maintenance
Post-launch support and maintenance are defined by written agreement (included in the quote or a separate contract). Without a maintenance agreement, the project is delivered as-is at launch, with the handover documentation planned in the quote.
Liability
Kreova’s liability for a project is limited to the amounts actually paid for that project. Kreova is not liable for indirect damages (loss of business, data loss caused by a third party, downtime of a third-party platform).
Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve; the version that applies to your project is the one in force on the date of your quote. Questions: contact@kreova.net.
