What happens after launch?
Hosting
Hosting accounts and your domain name are opened in your name. You keep ownership and every access.
Keeping it online
Who checks that everything is running is written in your quote: your team, or Kreova under a support contract.
Bugs after launch
If something in what we delivered does not work, Kreova fixes it, on the terms written in your quote. A new feature is quoted separately.
Included or support contract
Your quote lists what is included at delivery. Ongoing care (monitoring, updates, backups, help) is covered by a separate contract.
If you leave Kreova
You leave with the code, the access, the manual and hosting in your name. Nothing is locked. What you own →
FAQ
How long does SaaS development take?
Scope is agreed before we start: no surprises. A full product depends on what goes in it. The date is written in your quote.
Who owns the code?
You do. 100%. Host it wherever you want, change it, resell it, hand it to any developer you like. Nothing keeps you here.
Can it connect to my other tools?
Yes. Your other tools can exchange data with your software, both directions, with the written manual that goes with it.
What about security?
Every project starts with a baseline: protected logins, each person sees only what concerns them, test versions kept apart from the live one, data checked before it is saved, controlled releases. An outside audit can be arranged if your sector requires it.
What happens when I grow?
We build for growth from day one. When your user numbers multiply, we add capacity instead of rebuilding: the software keeps up rather than breaking.
