Fixes within the delivered scope are handled by Kreova, under the terms written in your quote. New features get their own scoping.
Included or support contract
Your quote lists what is included at delivery. Ongoing care (monitoring, updates, backups, support) falls under a separate support contract.

How long does SaaS development take?

Who owns the code?

Can you build APIs for integrations?
Yes. Full REST or GraphQL APIs with documentation. Other tools can integrate with your platform.
What about security?
