How does the scope stay under control?

The specification is validated before the first line of code: it is the reference. Any request outside it goes through a change order, priced in writing before it gets built. Minor evolutions are covered by the monthly retainer.

Do you migrate my existing data?

Only if migration is in the quote. We assess your current data during framing, and if a takeover is needed, it is priced and planned in black and white. Nothing implicit.

Who pays for licenses and third-party APIs?

You do, directly and transparently: licenses, API consumption and third-party services stay in your name, with no margin and no re-billing from us. How they are handled is fixed in writing before signature.

Who owns the result?

You do. Domain, source code and data are fully transferred once the project is paid in full. You stay free to evolve the system with us or without us.
