Common questions

How does the project stay under control?

Everything is written down and agreed before the first line of code: that document is the reference. Any request outside it goes through a change order, priced in writing before it gets built. Small adjustments are covered by the monthly fee.

Do you bring over my existing data?

Only if it is written in the quote. We look at your current data during framing, and if it has to be brought over, that is priced and planned in black and white. Nothing implicit.

Who pays for licenses and outside services?

You do, directly: licenses and outside services stay in your name, you pay the supplier, never us, and we take no cut. The estimate is written in your quote, before you sign anything.

Who owns the result?

You do. Domain name, source code and data are fully transferred once the project is paid in full. You stay free to develop the tool further, with us or without us.
