Hills Market
A shop is only open a few hours a day; its online storefront works around the clock. Hills Market shows its products, guides customers to the store and takes orders on WhatsApp, without hiring anyone.
The shop window · ordering on WhatsApp
The storefront stopped at the shop door. What do you have in stock, where are you, until what time? Every question went through the owner's phone. And customers who did not know the shop never found it.
The site does part of the counter's work: customers browse the catalog, check what interests them before travelling, then order in two WhatsApp messages, the tool they already use. The owner sells beyond the shop walls, with the same team.
What we built
- Product catalogCustomers see the products before coming: they travel to buy, not to check.
- Finding the shopAddress, hours, directions: everything customers need to find the shop without calling.
- WhatsApp orderingOrders go through WhatsApp, the tool its customers already use. No app to install.
- Built for the phoneThe shop exists where its customers spend their time: on their phone. The storefront works day and night.
